GIANT Center Merchandise Seller

Giant Center is a 10,500-seat multi‑purpose arena that hosts star‑studded performances and events. Merch Sellers at Giant Center are responsible for managing a point of sale and selling artist merchandise to fans during events.

As a Part‑Time Team Member, you will receive Sweet Perks: free admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food & shopping, and more—starting once you obtain your Employee .

• Assist with preparation of stand displays before events so fans can view merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stand during events.
• Provide excellent customer service to fans.
• Handle guest credit/debit card and other transactions properly.
• Inform fans of merchandise pricing and sizing.
• Assist leadership in moving product between stands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, often loud, but exciting environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining merchandise displays.
• Collaboration within a team.

• Ability to work up to 12 hours per shift (optional).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  
  Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs using safe lifting practices.
• Walking, standing, and reaching overhead regularly.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling (within defined ranges).
• Occasional climbing ladders.
• Requires verbal communication of detailed information to others by phone or in person.
• Subject to environmental conditions; protection from weather but not temperature changes.
