GIANT Center Merchandise Seller

Hershey Bears, GIANT Center, 550 Hersheypark Dr, Hershey, PA 17033, USA.

Giant Center is a 10,500‑seat multi‑purpose arena that hosts star‑lined performances and events, including Hershey Bears hockey games, live entertainment, and unique experiences at Hersheypark, Giant Center, Hersheypark Stadium, or Hershey Theatre.

• Assist with preparation of the stand display(s) as needed before the event begins so that fans can view what is for sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stand throughout the duration of the event.
• Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service.
• Handle guest credit or debit card transactions properly.
• Assist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing.
• Assist leadership team with running product between stands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of High School or GED.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, often loud, but exciting environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining merchandise displays.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to work up to 12 hours per shift – this is optional but may occur.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs using safe lifting practices.
• Frequent reaching overhead (34–66%).
• Constant reaching forward (>67%).
• Frequent lifting (34–66%) of up to 30 lbs.
• Frequent pushing (34–66%).
