The Sales Support Associate plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring efficient store operations. The position supports all aspects of the sales process, from product receipt to point of sale, and maintains a welcoming, organized environment.

• Welcome clients warmly, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as a brand ambassador, supporting social media engagement and local market initiatives.
• Operate POS accurately, organize the cash wrap and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean stockroom.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.

• 1+ year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Proficiency with cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), walkie‑talkie, and product price sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency (required for EU).

Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days (including public holidays). Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
