Overview

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Crocs, you craft unforgettable experiences for our consumers during the busiest times of year. You share the story behind our latest products, hype up in‑store promotions, and help the team surpass goals, all while contributing to a positive team culture.

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while consistently demonstrating Crocs’ core values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential.
• A team‑first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor.
• Place and arrange items on all shelves and racks.
• Climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise.
• Lift 30 pounds or more with assistance.
• Stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and continuously move around all areas of the store.
• Stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time.
• Read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens, and input information into the computer.

Salary or Pay Range: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour, varying by location.

Compensation will always meet or exceed applicable local minimum wage requirements.
