Merchandise Seller

Giant Center is a 10,500-seat multi-purpose arena, hosting a line‑up of star‑studded performances and events. Action‑packed Hershey Bears hockey games, live entertainment, and unique events are a day in the life of our Hersheypark Entertainment Complex team members at Hersheypark, Giant Center, Hersheypark Stadium, or Hershey Theatre.

The Merch Seller will be assigned to and responsible for a point of sale in the Giant Center where artist merchandise is sold.

As a part‑time team member, you will enjoy sweet perks such as free admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food and shopping, and more once you receive your employee .

• Assist with preparation of the stand display(s) as needed before the event begins so that fans can view what is for sale *
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stand throughout the duration of the event *
• Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service *
• Handle guest credit/debit cards and other applicable transactions properly *
• Assist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing *
• Assist leadership team with running product between stands *
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Completion of high school or GED

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, often loud, but exciting environment
• Must have attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining merchandise displays
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Ability to work up to 12 hours per shift - this is an option, but will not be required
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs using safe lifting practices
