• Model and coach to provide an exceptional customer experience across service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Suggest outfits that incorporate current trends and promotions while aligning with the Levi's® service approach.
• Engage consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and promote the omnichannel experience.
• Resolve consumer concerns in accordance with company policy and while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor setting, markdowns, and replenishment systems, maintaining store standards.
• Perform all store procedures and comply with Levi's® Stores policy, procedures, and programs.
• Support the leadership team in achieving store goals and driving performance.

• Fashion savvy with a strong interest in current trends.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and executing duties that require standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, and reaching overhead.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age 16 years.

Hourly pay ranges from the higher of the required minimum wage or $13.45 to $22.45, varying with experience and qualifications. Compensation within the range may be influenced by education, experience, performance, shift, and other factors.
