This position is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, courteous service to members and guests of the Hershey Country Club. The working schedule may include morning, mid‑day, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

Job Duties- Assisting members and guests with the use of golf carts.*
- Maintaining the cleanliness of carts.*
- Assisting staff in maintaining the cleanliness of building grounds.*
- Loading and unloading of member and guest golf bags.*
- Driving a maintenance cart in order to pick golf range.*
- Maintaining order and washing golf balls at the golf range.*
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a Driver's License in order to operate golf carts.
- Ability to work independently and display initiative.
- Demonstrate professional image representative of property.
Physical requirements include standing and walking at least 95% of the shift, communicating clearly, walking, bending, pushing, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
Ability to work under various inclement weather conditions.
Schedule will rotate to cover hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.
Shifts rotate according to needs. Morning, afternoon, and evening included.
