Aerie - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary base, you are able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• Keep product moving efficiently and timely through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain the Stockroom: ensure merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan, and take action to correct them.
• Support teammates by completing non stock‑related tasks or assisting guests when needed.
• Prioritize safety and follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures.

• You have strong organizational and detail orientation skills with priority‑setting and time management capabilities.
• You have flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• You have prior stock‑related experience.
