The Senior Inside Sales Representative (ISR) sells targeted promotions, core distribution, seasonal products, and innovation to convenience, food, and food‑service class of trade retailers through outbound phone calls. ISRs are responsible for achieving sales objectives within assigned territories, maintaining call volumes, talk time, and sales quotas, and ensuring product, promotional, and marketing information is communicated effectively to authorized retailers. They manage loyalty contracts, handle compliance, and conduct annual planning for small chains and channel initiatives.

ISRs build and maintain business relationships with key decision makers, provide peer ride‑alongs, support training for newly hired employees, coach peers, and engage in team meetings to share best practices.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
