** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Candidates must be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage emails, and utilize online resources effectively.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a food and beverage manufacturing location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, employee entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain accurate logs and reports for security-related activities.

+ Observe and report unusual conditions, potential hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site personnel and Allied Universal supervision.
