As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and assist employees and visitors with professionalism.

Pay Rate: $18.52 / Hour

Access Control/Badge Experience (B201) Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with security protocols and the ability to manage access to facilities effectively.
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204) Candidates must be comfortable using computers or tablets for daily tasks. Proficiency in basic software applications, email communication, and online collaboration tools is essential for success in our work environment.
Customer Service Experience (B219) Candidates should possess a background in customer service, showcasing their ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues. Experience in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support is crucial for roles that involve direct customer interaction.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, contractors, and vendors entering restricted areas in accordance with site-specific requirements.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and access-related activities accurately and promptly in required reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control/badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
