What you'll do as a Carpenter / Handyman

• Completing small to medium repairs and maintenance (2-hour to 2-day projects)
• Communicating clearly with customers about scope, recommendations, and pricing
• Delivering a "wow" experience using the repeatable Mr. Handyman Way
• Self-managing your day while working independently
• Providing excellent customer service, requesting reviews, and collecting payments
• Using technology to document work and follow company processes
• Maintaining safety standards, including PPE and protective booties in customer homes

Minimum requirements

• Live within the service area
• Have 8+ years of paid handyman or carpentry experience
• Own your own tools
• Be insurable to drive a company vehicle
• Pass a background and driving record check
• Be able to lift 50 lbs independently
• Safely work at heights and overhead for extended periods
• Maintain a professional appearance and care for the company vehicle
