This position is responsible for coding and designing our middleware and web applications, both internal and external‑facing. The role requires a working knowledge of the operations and systems that HE&R uses so that the programming work can provide tangible business objectives with an understanding of what is needed from the operations.

• Analyze business application requirements and build functional digital applications that meet business needs for the organization. Translate needs into fully‑functional applications for the Web. Design, program, test, implement, and*
• Maintain and monitor systems and software that support day‑to‑day operations. Conduct testing, and gather data to detect errors or interference with workflow. Implement changes to code or installation to correct errors.*
• Assist with other development projects as needed.*
• Find efficiency opportunities within the business by building applications to streamline operations and reduce costs.**
• Perform other duties as assigned.*

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science.
• Relevant work experience can be substituted for education – 9 years.

• Must possess working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
• Knowledge of JAVA, Xpages, or SSRS is advantageous, but not required.
