Position: Regional CDL-A Truck Driver – Home Weekly, Paid Training
365 Freight USA is hiring entry-level and experienced CDL-A truck drivers for regional routes serving the Midwest and Eastern states, with opportunities based in the Hershey, PA area. This role is designed to keep drivers closer to home while offering competitive pay, paid training, modern equipment, and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation and pay-related details

Competitive weekly pay: $1,400–$1,550 per week for new drivers

Typical weekly mileage: approximately 2,500–3,000 miles, depending on account

Performance bonus paid every 30 days

Primary responsibilities

Operate commercial vehicles on regional routes across the Midwest and East, originating from or serving the Hershey, PA area Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required logs Deliver freight safely, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements

Comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service rules

Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers

Minimum qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License Entry-level applicants: minimum 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school

Acceptable motor vehicle record

Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements and to pass required pre-employment screenings
