Teacher Active is currently recruiting for a full time Nursery Practitioner (Level
3) to join a welcoming and supportive nursery setting in Bishops Stortford. This Nursery Practitioner position is ideal for a passionate early years professional who is dedicated to delivering high-quality childcare and supporting children’s learning and development in a positive environment.

About the Role
This Nursery Practitioner role is a full time position, with working hours typically 8:00am to 6:00pm. Please note that shifts may vary, and flexibility is required as hours can change to meet the needs of the setting.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting children’s development in line with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment, and building strong relationships with parents and colleagues.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential)

• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting

• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for working with young children
