Position: Senior Nursery Practitioner (Permanent)

The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering activities to support children’s learning, development, and educational needs and acting as a Key Person for a small group of children.

We are looking for someone who is able to:

* Foster a warm, welcoming, and safe learning environment.

* Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's growth and development.

* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to promote their learning journey.

* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.

* Collaborate with the nursery team to maintain high-quality care and education.

* Ensure adherence to all safeguarding, health and safety, and childcare regulations.

* Act as a positive role model, supporting your colleagues and nurturing a culture of excellence.

What we are looking for in your application:

* A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.

* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.

* Familiarity with safeguarding, health and safety, equal opportunities, and SEN/Inclusion.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A passion for early childhood development and delivering high-quality care.

* A proactive and team-oriented approach to creating a positive work environment.
