We're Hiring:
Nursery Practitioner

Location: Hertford

Position: Full-Time Level 3 Qualified

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per year

We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team, working under the guidance of the Manager to provide high-quality care and education for young children. If you're enthusiastic, caring, and ready to make a difference each day, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our nursery team, you will:

  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Build strong relationships with children and families as a key person
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Deliver meaningful learning and play experiences
  • Work closely with parents/carers to support every child's development
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Attend team meetings, training, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the setting
  • Help ensure we achieve and maintain a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5
  • Strong knowledge of child development and play-based learning
  • Good understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, flexible, and friendly approach

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and undertake ongoing training
