You will join as a Night Porter who values responsibility, attention to detail, and calm professionalism during overnight operations. As the face of the hotel throughout the night, you will ensure guest safety, security and comfort while maintaining the standards expected at Fanhams Hall. • Act as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours
• Carry out regular security and safety checks across the property
• Assist with late arrivals and early departures
• Set up public areas for the following day, ensuring cleanliness and presentation
• Respond to guest requests and emergencies calmly and efficiently
• Complete night audits and required administrative tasks
• Liaise with the day team to ensure smooth handovers

• Previous night porter, security or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently
• Calm, professional manner with good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of safety procedures
  
  Comfortable working night shifts, including weekends
• A positive and helpful approach to guest service
