£13.00 per hour | Flexible Ad Hoc Shifts
We are looking for experienced Hotel Receptionists & Concierges to join a luxury hotel in Ware on a flexible, ad hoc basis.
What we're looking for:
Previous hotel reception or concierge experience
Own transport required due to the hotel's location
Strong customer service skills
Professional and friendly approach
Flexibility to work ad hoc shifts
Duties include:
Guest check-in and check-out
Concierge and guest assistance
Booking management
Telephone and email enquiries
Delivering outstanding customer service
