Heating Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Heating Engineer to join our growing team, working for a family run Renewables company based in Buntingford, Hertfordshire on a permanent basis. This Heating Engineer role is ideal for a qualified professional who takes pride in their work and can operate independently while maintaining high standards of organisation and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities of the Heating Engineer :
To be successful in this Heating Engineer position:
 
* The Heating Engineer will be responsible for installation, servicing, and repair of domestic systems.
 
* Gas boiler installations and maintenance.
 
* In charge of Installation and commissioning of heat pump systems.
 
* Fault diagnosis and efficient problem solving.
 
* You will ensure all work complies with current safety standards and regulations.
 
* Responsible for completing job documentation accurately and on time.
 
* As the Heating Engineer, you will provide a professional and courteous service to customers.
 
* Gas Safe registered or proven experience installing heat pump systems.
 
* Experience with renewable technologies.
 
* Relevant NVQ in Plumbing or equivalent qualifications.
 
* Able to work independently without supervision.
 
* Have strong organisational skills with excellent timekeeping.
 
* Hold a full UK driving licence.
 
* Good communication and customer service skills.
