Compensación:
Entre $80 y $125 por taller, según la educación, experiencia y grado académico del facilitador. Cada taller tiene una duración de dos horas.

Descripción del Puesto:
Buscamos profesionales apasionados/a por la educación para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato/a ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en docencia, preferiblemente con antecedentes en la enseñanza en diferentes países. Buscamos a alguien con capacidad para conectar con diversos públicos, incluyendo adultos.

• Implementar planes de lección efectivos.
• Crear un ambiente de aprendizaje estimulante y inclusivo.
• Evaluar el progreso de los estudiantes/padres y proporcionar retroalimentación constructiva.
• Colaborar con el equipo docente y administrativo.
• Llevar un registro de la asistencia de los padres a los talleres

Requisitos:

• Título universitario en educación o campo relacionado.
• Experiencia comprobada en docencia.
• Experiencia en enseñanza en otros países (deseable).
• Credenciales de enseñanza válidas (si aplica).
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y de trabajo en equipo.
• Dominio del español (oral y escrito).
• Bilingue +, per no es requerido.

Se valorará:

• Experiencia en educación de adultos.
• Conocimiento de diferentes culturas y enfoques pedagógicos.
• Fluidez en otros idiomas +.

Compensación: $40.00 - $62.50 per hour
