Your RoleAs a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our apartment community’s technical operations, addressing a variety of needs to ensure a seamless living experience for our .
Key Responsibilities- Work Orders:
Respond to and coordinate maintenance requests promptly. - Plumbing:
Replace faucets, snake drains, and install toilet valves. - Carpentry:
Hang windows and doors, repair hinges, and replace door/window locks. - Painting and Repairs:
Patch and paint walls to match existing finishes. - Preventative Maintenance:
Keep records for building systems, fire safety, and operational equipment. - Inventory Management:
Order supplies, schedule vendors, and control inventory. - Inspections:
Conduct unit inspections and ensure consistency across properties. - Emergency Response:
Be available for after-hours, on-call emergencies.
- Complete work assignments efficiently and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain a high standard of property upkeep, minimizing costs while ensuring top‑notch conditions.
- Communicate complex issues clearly and collaborate with team members to implement solutions.
