Mercor is looking for experienced machine learning engineers to act as human base liners for ML research evaluations. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience, preferably from a top-100 university or a FAANG company. This role requires hands-on expertise in using major ML frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensor Flow.
Responsibilities include executing open-ended ML tasks in a sandbox environment and providing thorough documentation of each task. Commitment requires at least 20 hours per week.
