Driver / Yardman – Class C License

Endura Steel has an immediate opening for a Driver/Yardman with a valid Class C driver’s license
. Endura Steel is a Robar Company, and we contribute to the growth of our great nation by supplying foundational construction materials used in residential, commercial, industrial, state, and federal construction projects.

The Driver/Yardman is responsible for delivering materials and supporting daily plant, warehouse, and yard operations.

• Make local deliveries using a company vehicle requiring a Class C license
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Move inventory and materials throughout the warehouse and yard
• Assist with pulling, staging, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup
• Process inventory for deliveries and pickups
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper locations
• Assist with general labor tasks in the yard and shop as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard area
• Follow all company safety procedures and use proper PPE
• Work as an active team member to help complete daily production and yard goals

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Ability to identify basic material sizes, lengths, and measurements
• Experience handling steel, construction materials, or warehouse inventory preferred
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate basic yard/warehouse equipment
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying orders
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a physically active, outdoor/warehouse environment
• Previous general labor, construction, warehouse, yard, or material handling experience preferred

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor safely and consistently

• Valid Class C driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the steel, construction, warehouse, or related industry is a plus
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screening
