As a member of the Communications team, you will receive and respond to emergency and non‑emergency telephone calls, acting as the community’s vital first point of contact. Your responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate information records within our advanced computer‑aided dispatch (CAD) system, ensuring that every detail is recorded efficiently. This role requires quick thinking, responsiveness, and a commitment to integrity and customer service.
