Our client
is looking for fun, passionate, and energetic
Early Childhood Teachers
to join their Brand New Preschool in
Hewitt, TX
. The ideal candidate must be willing to work with children 6- weeks to5-years-old; as well as be comfortable diapering and toilet training.
- This is a Direct Hire position with the school
- Monday - Friday; year-round employment
- Full time and part time opportunities available!
- $17.00 - $20.00/hour
pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Assist the Lead Teacher with the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and curriculum as well as assisting with the maintenance of educational portfolios
- Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
- REQUIRED
Education:
Minimum High School Diploma; CDA, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience preferred. - REQUIRED Experience:At least 1-2 years of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
- Must
be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib - Must
meet background check eligibility
