Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver

The Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.

• Backup non‑CDL driving duties as required.
• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Assist customers on phone and in person, including order entry into Agility Pull and preparing customer orders for pick‑up, UPS shipment or delivery.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Assist with cycle counts and other forms of physical inventory verification as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Experience in a distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training).
• Able to pass drug screening, driving background screening, and other background checks.
