Joiner, Construction Labor & Trades

Staff power Group are currently looking for experienced Joiners to work on a project in Hexham & surrounding areas . The role will involve a mixture of 1st fix and 2nd fix joinery , so candidates must be confident working across both stages of a construction project.

Duties & Responsibilities Carrying out 1st fix joinery, including structural timber work, studwork, flooring and roofing. Completing 2nd fix joinery, including doors, frames, skirting, architraves and finishing work. Reading and working from drawings and specifications. Working accurately to a high standard and maintaining good attention to detail. Working safely and efficiently as part of a wider site team. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements Proven experience as a Joiner. Strong 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience. Own tools and suitable PPE. Good understanding of site health & safety requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant CSCS card / site qualifications required. Rate: £28 per hour
