Accounts Receiving Collections Specialist

** Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish)*
* We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive  
** Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist
** to support our client in the Hialeah area. This is a short-term, 2-month project ideal for someone with strong collections experience and excellent customer communication skills.  Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish). Schedule is 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri and Pay is $20 per hour.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform  
** accounts receivable collections
** activities, including follow-up on outstanding balances

+  
** Post customer payments
** accurately and in a timely manner

+ Handle  
** inbound and outbound collection calls
** professionally

+ Work with customers to  
** establish payment plans
** and resolve account discrepancies

+ Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions and account status

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate account reconciliation

** Qualifications*
* + Prior experience in  
** Accounts Receivable and Collections
** required

+

Experience with  
** payment posting
** is a must

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to handle  
** high-volume calls*
* + Ability to negotiate and set up  
** payment arrangements*
* +  
** Bilingual (English/Spanish) required*
* + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Proficiency in basic computer systems and accounting software

** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

** Pay Rate:**  $20/hour
