Night Owl Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant / Accounts Payable Specialist to support their accounting team in the United States. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable operations, accurate invoicing, and vendor payments, as well as month-end support and payroll processing. The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience, proficiency in Quick Books, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
The position offers an above-market salary and benefits including HMO from Day 1 for dependents.
