Bookkeeper
Location: Hialeah, FL (100% in-office)
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000

Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and subcontractor payments
• Handle AIA billing, including schedule of values and Notice to Owners
• Process lien waivers and subcontractor documentation
• Reconcile credit cards and maintain accurate financial records
• Support payroll processing for a small team
• Help clean up and manage backlog accounting items

Qualifications for the Bookkeeper:

• 2+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry
• Hands-on experience with AIA billing and Notice to Owners
• Proficiency with Quick Books (Procore experience is a plus)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
