Real Capital Operations LLC is looking to hire an experienced Staff Accountant to join our corporate accounting team in Winter Garden, FL.

This entry/mid-level, data-driven role starts at $60,000 annually based on experience. Compensation is reviewed often, and our accounting team is structured to grow from within as the platform expands. As a Staff Accountant, you are responsible for preparing and closing financial entries for monthly review, completing bank account and balance sheet reconciliations daily, and analyzing/reviewing general ledger accounts to prepare for audits. Using strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills, you will contribute to achieving 100% accuracy for all financial reporting to the business. Day to day, you will:

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and prepaid amortization for monthly close across multiple legal entities
• Complete daily bank reconciliations and monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany accounts
• Maintain fixed asset, prepaid, and construction-in-progress schedules, including depreciation roll-forwards
• Review general ledger activity for coding accuracy and research variances at the property and entity level
• Support month-end reporting packages, annual audit requests, and lender or investor reporting
• Partner with operations, property management, and accounts payable teams to resolve coding and billing questions
