Shift: Day Shift 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Radiology Physicians. Position supports the Radiology and Medical Imaging Department.
The Administrative Assistant supports the Radiology and Medical Imaging Department by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, assisting with onboarding, preparing reports, and maintaining records. Additional duties include event planning, processing expenses and supply orders, and providing administrative support to the Residency Coordinator and physicians. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. This role offers opportunities to contribute to department projects, mentor new staff, and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Requirements- High School Diploma with training acquired through work experience or education.
- 1–3 years of previous job‑related experience.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and office coordination skills.
- Good time management and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage projects with strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills including experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other similar applications.
- Associate's degree.
- Administrative or technical background acquired through completion of 2–3 years of college.
- 3–5 years of previous job‑related experience.
Pay Range: $20.00 – $28.14 USD hourly. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
