Position: Title Specialist I (Manheim)

Job Title:

Specialist I – Vehicle Operations

Location:

Specified Cox location; no remote option. Shift: Day. No travel.

Compensation: $16.59 – $24.86 per hour (variable), plus potential commission or incentive program.

Responsibilities
  • Process incoming mail.
  • Counter stamp titles with the appropriate client information.
  • Prepare titles and associated documents for scanning.
  • Scan titles.
  • Verify title state and VIN.
  • Associate titles to barcoded folders.
  • File folders.
  • Retrieve folders.
  • Clean equipment (i.e., scanners).
  • Organize workspace at end of shift.
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum:
    High School Diploma/GED.
  • Generally, less than 2 years of experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and very detail-oriented.
  • Ability to type and use 10-key preferred.
  • Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude required.
Physical Demands

Sitting and standing for extended periods; bending and light lifting up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment

Office environment.

Drug Testing

Pre-employment drug test required. No marijuana testing currently administered, but possession or use is prohibited.
