Job Title:
Specialist I – Vehicle Operations
Location:
Specified Cox location; no remote option. Shift: Day. No travel.
Compensation: $16.59 – $24.86 per hour (variable), plus potential commission or incentive program.
Responsibilities- Process incoming mail.
- Counter stamp titles with the appropriate client information.
- Prepare titles and associated documents for scanning.
- Scan titles.
- Verify title state and VIN.
- Associate titles to barcoded folders.
- File folders.
- Retrieve folders.
- Clean equipment (i.e., scanners).
- Organize workspace at end of shift.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- Minimum:
High School Diploma/GED. - Generally, less than 2 years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills and very detail-oriented.
- Ability to type and use 10-key preferred.
- Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude required.
Sitting and standing for extended periods; bending and light lifting up to 25 lbs.
Work EnvironmentOffice environment.
Drug TestingPre-employment drug test required. No marijuana testing currently administered, but possession or use is prohibited.
