Automotive Receptionist/Cashier

We are seeking an Automotive Receptionist/Cashier to become an integral part of our team! You will also be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties that are vital to the daily operations of an automotive dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and smile
• Assist managers with their administrative tasks
• Manage multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
• Training will be provided

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone skills in both English and Spanish
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with customers to provide a world-class first impression
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is a must

Schedule - Position includes night/weekend shifts, part-time is available
