Description
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Full Time Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide proactive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, take minutes and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting materials
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Assist with special projects, research, and data collection as needed
- Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Support office operations and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
- Manage and execute employee request for the COO
- Properly handle complaints and grievances as needed
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing priorities
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 annually based on experience
