Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance sales agents, setting clear performance targets and monitoring progress.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and maximize market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and business partners.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales campaigns and product offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in insurance sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous management or team leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
