And we’re growing our network of facilitators — coaches, consultants, fractionals, and marketing pros — who want to add a high-energy, high-visibility offering to their business.
The RoleAs a facilitator, you’ll:
- Coach and prep clients over ~5 weeks.
- Lead a 90-minute virtual session with 30+ participants.
- Represent your own brand while delivering the Pop Up Think Tank experience.
- Stay connected with a collaborative, supportive facilitator community.
This is paid work you can layer alongside your current business—expanding your reach, network, and opportunities without sacrificing your own brand.
You Might Be a Fit If You Are- An independent consultant or coach (with a website).
- Skilled in facilitation and communication.
- Show up to stuff.
- Experienced or curious about making Zoom meetings engaging.
- Able to engage diverse groups with warmth and clarity.
- Familiar with innovation, product, or community-building processes.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely (Zoom + Google Suite ready).
- Care about the future of work
Every facilitator completes our hands-on training—an experiential, gateway process that includes getting a Pop Up Think Tank session for your own business or brand. You’ll get the skills, systems, and exposure you need to hit the ground running, and the experience directly benefits your current consulting work, whatever stage you’re in.
