The Sales Director will play a critical role in scaling the brand across the United States, driving revenue growth through a combination of strategic wholesale partnerships and high-impact trunk shows. This individual will serve as both a commercial leader and brand ambassador, ensuring the business expands thoughtfully while maintaining the integrity, storytelling, and creative vision at the heart of the brand.
This role requires a balance of strategic sales leadership and operational execution. The Sales Director will develop and execute wholesale strategy, build and maintain relationships with high-end boutique retailers, and oversee the planning and execution of trunk shows. In close partnership with the Founder, CEO, and cross‑functional teams, this leader will help evolve the brand from a growing creative business into a commercially disciplined, globally recognized luxury house.
WhatWe Need From You
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5–10 years of sales experience in luxury jewelry, fashion, accessories, beauty, or related consumer goods
- Proven track record of opening accounts and scaling a brand within wholesale or retail channels
- Strong network and relationships within luxury or fine jewelry retail
- Experience managing trunk shows or similar client‑facing sales events
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and sales performance metrics
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build scalable processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
- High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a founder‑led and family office environment
- Passion for luxury products, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling
