The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are seeking a full-time Broker Manager in our California territories. In this role, you will promote ongoing sales growth and client retention through the recruitment and management of broker relationships on a regional level, with opportunities to impact the Frank Crum business every day.

  • Prospects, obtains, and develops broker relationships regionally to maintain profitable sales growth. Researches, identifies, and recommends new business leads.
  • Continually establishes new agent relationships.
  • Cold calls to obtain new business opportunities. Develops relationships with brokers, accounting firms, CPAs, etc. to generate client referrals.
  • Develops and presents proposals and client-specific solutions.
  • Educates brokers about the Frank Crum product line and provides updates and retraining on an ongoing basis.
  • Trains brokers on how to market and sell the Frank Crum product line.
  • Maintains professional licensing and technical knowledge by networking, participating in professional societies, and attending online webinars.
  • Develops and manages the External Sales Department’s budgets.
  • Sends out a minimum of two Constant Contact campaigns per month and adds new contacts monthly.
  • Meets monthly goals regarding number of RFPs submitted, maintains Lead Trackers, and attends business meetings, trade shows, networking events, seminars, and conferences as directed.

  • Keys to success include exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication, and sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the PEO structure, cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and risk management is preferred.
  • Able to work remotely and manage a specific Kansas territory.

    As required by applicable state and/or local regulations, pay data provides a reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The posted annual pay range is $80,000 - $150,000
