We’re looking for driven, self-motivated Sales Agents based in the US or Europe who thrive in commission-based roles and know how to close deals. If you have experience selling packaging solutions and enjoy building long-term client relationships, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for expanding Pactap’s footprint by identifying new customers, converting leads, and managing accounts — all while representing a growing global brand in the sustainable packaging space.

• Identify and acquire end-customers across target industries through cold outreach, networking, and lead follow-ups
• Build strong, long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
• Act as the main point of contact for client escalations and ensure quick resolution
• Onboard new customers onto the Pactap Portal
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Share accurate sales updates and forecasts with the internal team

• Proven experience in B2B sales (packaging industry experience is a strong plus)
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and negotiation tactics
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Knowledge of paper bags or sustainable packaging is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently in a commission-based, performance-driven role
