Role OverviewJr. Business Coach/Enrollment Specialist (Remote - US) with a focus on onboarding and coaching agricultural business owners to maximize the value of the Legacy Farmer platform. This role involves onboarding new clients, providing regular coaching, and supporting clients across multiple channels to drive platform usage and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding:
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the Legacy Farmer program. - Business
Coaching:
Provide personalized coaching and consulting to customers, helping them improve their financial and operational management. - Leadership:
Serve as a leader and mentor to customers, guiding them through strategic decisions that affect long-term business success. Leverage background in ag banking or financial roles within the agricultural industry to offer sound financial advice and best practices. Provide risk management education and market information to mitigate risk and reduce financial uncertainties. Work towards implementing technology that aids customers in organizing risk management strategies, tracking performance, and improving diversification. - Performance Tracking:
Monitor client performance, help them track key financial metrics, and adjust strategies as needed. - Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as their primary point of contact and ensure high satisfaction with Legacy Farmer services. - Problem-Solving:
Help customers overcome challenges in operations and finances with creative and actionable solutions; collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to improve the customer experience and align with company goals.
- 3+ years of experience in ag banking or a similar financial position within the agricultural industry.
- Proven track record in business coaching, consulting, or a leadership role with direct customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles related to agriculture.
- Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills; ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Problem-solving mindset and strategic thinking ability.
- Experience working in or with agricultural businesses is required.
