Job Summary

Responsible for oversight of construction staff and resources, ensuring that construction, maintenance, and repairs meet set standards. Manages aspects of construction activities, resource planning, and guides teams on projects, focusing on delivering quality while efficiently allocating materials, labor, and resources.

• Supervise the installation of cables and poles for overhead‑and‑underground construction while operating vehicles and trailers safely.
• Monitor project records for start dates, milestones, material costs, and labor expenditures.
• Enforce work‑site safety standards and conduct regular safety compliance visits and meetings.
• Ensure resources such as vehicles, equipment, and inventory are in proper working order.
• Support project coordination, develop cost estimates, monitor job costs, evaluate change orders, and control the budget for work in progress.
• Generate logs and reports on construction, projects, materials, and expenditures.
• Address customer requests and complaints with timely follow‑up and resolution.
• Monitor construction crew performance against goals and objectives and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct field surveys and post‑construction reviews to ensure project accuracy and progress.
• Coordinate all construction project phases, including meetings, surveys, permits, and plant activation, while ensuring budget adherence.
• Manage subcontractors, interface with officials and industry representatives, and offer technical support to internal departments.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

Construction Projects, Fiber To The Premises (FTTP), Post Construction, Quality Control (QC), Survey Research.

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred; may consider applicants with a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience).

Relevant certifications (if applicable).

2-5 Years relevant work experience.
