Electrical Supervisor / Assistant PM

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor/Assistant Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish. The role will include managing four ongoing residential projects in Riviera Beach, ensuring schedules are met, permits are obtained, and quality standards are maintained.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday 7:00‑4:30. Employees will need to attend job sites as required. Company vehicles will be provided when necessary.

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of electrical construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure scope accuracy.
• Develop project schedules, manpower loading, and material procurement plans.
• Monitor job progress, budgets, and costs; issue weekly progress and cost reports.
• Work closely with foremen, electricians, and department managers to ensure productivity and quality.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and resolve technical or schedule issues.
• Prepare material take‑offs (MTOs) and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
• Assist with project budgets and subcontractor agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation including as‑builts and closeout materials.
• Support field teams in problem‑solving and resource allocation.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals in coordination with GC and clients.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Support site teams in maintaining safe work environments.

• Proficiency in Pro Core and Bluebeam for project management and documentation.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and contracts effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Strong project coordination capabilities with an emphasis on communication and teamwork.
• Prior experience in construction site environments is preferred.
• Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience managing commercial or multifamily electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and local codes.
• Proficient in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
