We are a respected general contractor building across Florida's Treasure Coast, with active projects spanning Indian River, St. Lucie, and Palm Beach Counties. We deliver quality construction on time and on budget, and we give our project managers real ownership of the work from preconstruction through close out.

• Own projects end to end, from estimates and budgets through final close out documents
• Work across three of Florida's most desirable coastal counties, with sunshine and quality of life to match
• Be the project's first responder, the person trusted to solve problems and keep the job moving
• Collaborate directly with owners, architects, engineers, and design teams on high visibility builds

• Participate in project estimates, set up budgets, build the construction timetable, and develop the strategy to deliver on time and on budget
• Select and buy out subcontractors, issuing subcontracts and blanket purchase orders
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and design professionals while ensuring compliance with all building codes and regulatory requirements
• Maintain the change request log, control changes, and handle formal correspondence with owner and architect
• Monitor cost, perform projections, prepare payment breakdowns, and support the project engineer through close out

• Minimum of 3 years of successful commercial construction industry experience
• Strong communicator who works well with clients, subcontractors, and fellow employees
• Working knowledge of budgets, subcontracts, and change management
