We are currently seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to handle all front office functions for our practice. Your role will prioritize the needs of patients, parents, and guardians, creating a positive and welcoming experience for all.

• Monday & Thursday: 9:15 AM – 6:30 PM.
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Saturday: 8:15 AM – 1:30 PM.

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently.
• Customer service-oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with PCs and adaptability to learn new software programs.
• Flexibility to travel between multiple locations as needed.
