We are currently seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our Service BDC team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building a meaningful career in a positive, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities Outbound & inbound calls with service customers

Responding to internet leads via phone and email

Identifying customer needs through effective questioning

Setting service appointments for the Service Department Ensuring a positive customer experience on every interaction

Introducing customers to Service Advisors Entering customer information into the CRM accurately

Scheduling appointments based on customer needs and technician availability

Maintaining detailed customer records and service information

Qualifications

Customer‑focused, energetic, self‑motivated individuals

Experience in customer service or call center environments

Strong verbal and written communication

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Excellent computer skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Experience with Volie, CDK, or XTime is a plus Ability to address customer concerns promptly and professionally
