• Represent a collection of world‑class luxury brands focused on the Audi brand

• Greet clients and provide an exceptional service experience from arrival through vehicle delivery
• Schedule service appointments and accurately document customer concerns and repair needs
• Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
• Prepare repair orders, explain services performed, and review final invoices with clients
• Build lasting relationships by delivering personalized, client‑focused service
• Uphold THE COLLECTION’s standard of excellence in every interaction

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a luxury automotive dealership preferred
• Exceptional communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
  Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• A client‑first mindset with a passion for delivering elevated service experiences
• Positive, driven, and team‑oriented professionals
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Flexible schedule with ability to work 40+ hours Monday – Saturday, as needed
