Position Overview

This part‑time Teller position requires fluency in Spanish and is located at the Young Circle Branch, 1837 Tyler Street, Hollywood, FL 33020.

• Deliver a unique customer experience that improves financial wellbeing, creates loyalty and increases share of wallet.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on available alternatives.
• Identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refer appropriately, making meaningful conversations to connect customers with branch staff.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customers' problems within established limits.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and maintaining accurate daily operations and maintenance transactions.

• Proficiency in Spanish and a customer‑centric mentality.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and identify opportunities for sales.
• Familiarity with digital tools and banking products.
• Experience with fraud detection and prevention, risk management and compliance is a plus.
• No formal degree required; comparable education, certification, or experience will be considered.
