Position: Chevy/Kia/Mitsu - QUICK LUBE SERVICE ADVISOR
Our Dealership is currently taking applications to fill Express Advisor roles - we are looking

for friendly, organized, qualified professionals to join our top-notch service department.

Automotive Express Advisor / Writer

Qualifications:

• Timely with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with a sense of urgency

• Ability to skillfully handle customer interactions, projecting professionalism and ensuring

each customer feels valued and important

• Strong communication skills

• Attention to detail

Automotive Express Advisor Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service, consistently achieving excellent CSI marks

• Serve as communicator between customer and technician. Ensure complete

understanding in regards to the services rendered

• Continue to keep customer informed with necessary information based on service

progress

• Accurately verify warranty and service contracts

• Prepare and process Repair Orders accurately, including all costs, deductibles .

• Advise customers on additional needed services, providing expert advice

• Effectively work with technicians to improve efficiency across the service department
